You may try to create a new user account and check if information technology fixes the issue. Refer to the steps beneath to create a new User Account:
- Go to Start menu and then click on Settings.

Hello,
I have followed your advice, but it not work.
The account which i created simply have some windows ten application (candy crush, flip lath, skype, minecraft, etc) only calendar, email, news, finance, windows store, etc. are disappear.
Yet, this trouble don't critical for me. My critical trouble is the lesser taskbar not responding frequently, when this problem happen, I solved by restart windows explorer process in task manager and it work, simply some time when this problem happen I tin't do anything my keyboard and mouse are not responding I tin only move the mouse, and type ctrl+alt+del to restart my notebook. (in 1 day this problem happen iv-v times approximately)
I suspect the trouble is caused by the graphics bill of fare not compatible with windows ten because my another pc can run windows ten smoothly.
my graphics particular: (sony vaio Model:VPCCB15FH)
AMD Radeon™ HD 6630M (crimson edition driver) / Intel® Hard disk drive Graphics 3000

Previously my notebook has a ane some other problem. and i fixed it with post-obit guidance.

Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Bill of fare Drivers.

this was very helpful to get the command prompt, since today the usual methods refuse to open up the window.! Was fine yesterday, except the taskbar had shifted up , no longer on the lesser line - an entirely new problem for me!
windows is just so unpredictable...

Hullo Nick,
Sorry for the delayed response.
I advise you to just drag and driblet the taskbar towards the bottom of the screen and that will practice it. If y'all are unable to do so, then right click on task bar, uncheck "Lock taskbar" and drag information technology towards the bottom.

thank you but it has already mysteriously corrected itself, merely also inverse my desktop layout, all without a reboot. Accidentally hitting a control key while typing can do just most anything, and at that place is no "undo" feature to repair the ensuing chaos

Hi everyone,
If your Taskbar is not working properly, it needs to exist refreshed. You tin can reset the Taskbar by performing the steps below:
1. Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC primal to open Task Manager.
2. On the Processes tab, look for Windows Explorer.
3. Correct-click Windows Explorer, then click Restart.
iv. Wait for File Explorer to restart and see if Taskbar starts working again.
